Eli deserves all the praise he can get for steering this team to the Super Bowl.

Not a single TOP in 3 games, wow.

Something must have been wrong with Favre in this game, he looked nothing like himself, no passion, no fire, totally outplayed by Eli.

GREAT GAME ! The Giants FULLY outplayed the Packers on sacred ground and in sacred Lambeau weather! Eli Manning has come of age ....

Besides that Driver 90 yard TD the Packers and Favre did NOTHING ....... N-O-T-H-I-N-G. I am STOKED! Bring on the big bad Pats! The Giants are making a habit of settling scores! image

What a team! GO GIANTS! The thing I think thats most important is seeing Eli mature and gaining experience from all of this. Maybe within the next 2 weeks Peyton and Archie can give some good advice about anything.
  • <<Please keep this great sportsmanship out of this thread until AFTER the game will ya? There is nothing worse then the I want "A" to happen but if it does not then "B" is good with me too angle. I was brought up to respect the winner in the end but CERTAINLY NOT the opponent before the storm. This just negates all reasons to be a rabid fan for crying out loud. I have NOTHING against Brett favre or the Packers and I have NOTHING against seeing Brett Favre and the Packers cut into little tiny pieces of frozen tundra on Sunday. Being a good sport happens AFTER the battle. Being a good sport BEFORE the battle sucks.>>

    softie, OK, it's time!

Brett Favre is such a great player and he gave it his all in this game. I can not say enough good things about him and his career.

"The answer was in the Patriots eyes. Gone were the swagger and c0ck sure smirks, replaced by downcast eyes and heads in hands. For his poise and leadership Eli Manning was named the game's MVP. The 2007 Giants were never perfect nor meant to be. They were fighters, scrappers....now they could be called something else, World Champions."

I found it very interesting that only the legendary ICE BOWL of Lambeau lore was the ONLY game the PAckers have EVER played at home that was colder then this game. In short .... its the PLAYERS and NOT THE WEATHER image
