Some of my "better" recent finds

Here are a few pics of some of the things I have found this month while detecting. There is a little bit of everything.
The first pic is a group shot. The big brass ring on the left side (with the three marbles in it) was found in NC on an old homesite from the mid 1880's. Does anyone have any idea as to what it is?
This next pic, I have the toy cars (minus the airplane I showed the other day). My favorite is the Yellow Tonka truck. It couldn't have looked any better the day it went in the ground. The saying, "Tonka tough" sure does stand with this one. The "head" in the bed of the truck is a find from when I was in NC over Christmas.
This next pic is of some jewelry items I have found. The locket on the left is actually .925 silver (says so on the inside) I''m not sure about the other one. It's not a locket--the large "coin" above is one of the flying squadron's challenge coin. The squadron the coin is from is actually in Charleston, SC. (now there is a place I would LOVE to detect someday) The medal to the left of the coin is from Blowing Rock, NC. I'm guessing some kind of souvenir. The token to the right of the coin has a palm tree? on it. It's grooved on the back. Is this some kind of old telephone token?
This next one has a small level, a button and 3 yen coins. When I initially saw the yen in the ground, I was thinking, Oh boy, more silver. Any ideas on the button?
Here is a close up of the truck. Isn't she a beauty?
This one has a Reese lock that I found. Any ideas on it? Also, a large "ball" that I found in NC, a fish (think it was part of some wind chimes) a twisted piece below the fish--can't make out what it is (also found in NC) and a cap grenade. Does anyone remember these?
This last pic is a reverse of the challenge coin, a large medallion that I found today--Sooner State Games!! and the reverse of the token.
I hope the pics post right and that everyone enjoys.
Edited so it's a little easier to read.

The yellow truck is indeed very nice. Normally I don't get much excited about toy cars and trucks, but that one appears to be a bit older, maybe, and if so, it is in fantastic shape. (Now I do love finding toy soldiers). The hovercraft is kinda neat, too.
The Airlift medal is cool, but probably fairly modern.
Your "ball" could just MAYBE be a piece of grapeshot, if it's too big to be a musketball, as it appears to be. Are you around any old Rev War-era sites? Then again, it could just be a ball bearing. Hard to judge, from the picture. I guess we have to go with ball bearing, pending further research.
The bent piece below the fish appears to be an old suspender buckle/clasp.
The anchor button looks old and probably is, but I rather doubt it is military. There were a lot of civilian buttons with anchors on them. Does it carry a backmark? Looks late 1800s to me, though it could be from the early 1900s.
The big "ring" I was gonna ID as a part of an old horse bridle, but I don't really know. I didn't notice until second look that it appears to have some ornamentation (reeding/dentilation) around the edge? Could be part of a harness or bridle, but it could also just as easily have been an old drawer pull or other furniture part.
I noticed you have posted over on my Treasure Territory forum... thank you!
Todd
But you're right, in a way... it has a similar look to the "waffled" coins. That would be wild to dig one of those.
To answer your questions: Here is the phrase on back of the Blowing Rock fob: Robert Ripley features this as being the only place in the world where it snows up-side down
That was a cool find for me and I found that here in OK. It's amazing what I'm finding from all over the world right here in the ground on base. Military people move all around the world and I'm finding some of those things right here in the ground.
The yellow Tonka truck has a date of 1998 on it. Almost 10 years old, but to me it's my best "toy car" find to date. I love the look of it!!!
The airlift medal is cool but it's modern also. The C-17 aircraft hasn't been around all that long (maybe 15 years or so). You would think someone dropping this would see it on the ground and pick it back up. Maybe it was muddy and got covered right away--who knows, but I've got it now
I was thinking ball bearing until you said maybe it's grape shot. I'll have to get a scale to weigh it and find some way of measuring it as well.
The suspender buckle/clasp makes sense. I was trying to figure it out and couldn't. When you said it, I could envision it right away.
The button doesn't have a back on it. It's long ago rusted away.
You are correct about the ring thing--it does have ornamentation on it, like a reeding of some sorts. It very well could be part of a bridle--I don't really think it could be furniture ornamentation, but it very well may be.
I'll also have to do some research on the Rev War for the area I was hunting in NC. I wish I would have taken some pics--it was absolutely awesome the location I was hunting. I'm slightly disappointed I didn't find more, but not having a lot of time while I was there, I was somewhat happy with my finds.
I'll get some individual pics taken so I can submit them for this month. Thanks for the thought.
Todd,
The "waffling coin" appears to be a telephone token. I found one while I was in the UK and it was definitely a telephone token--the words, Telefonica (or something very similar to that) were on that one and these have the same "waffling".
<< <i>The button doesn't have a back on it. It's long ago rusted away. >>
As was the back of a similar civilian anchor button I once dug. It was old- almost certainly 19th century, but it had a tin or steel back on it that just crumbled away after I dug it. I suspect these were popular on men's blazers at one time. (In many cases, they still are).

The only things I can add to is:
The C-17 medal is a military challenge coin.
The grooved palm tree token is a gaming token of some sort. Growing up, these were used in ski-ball or video arcades.

I really like the lockets.
