They had had something like $750 for a VG which was a joke. Now it's around $1200 which is more sensible. Nice VG's fetch in the $1300-$1500 range. Fines are pushing $2000 and then some.

alex,
were the packages and bubble mailer damaged or tampered with. i read and printed off the ''ps form 1000'' from the usps site.
usps PS Form 1000
if i understand it correctly, i need to wait 21 days before submitting a claim. and whomever files the claim needs the ''original wrapping and whatever contents'' that were received, evidenceof value, and the insurance/postal receipts/proof.
so, i will need you to send me whatever you received/as you received it if in order for me to file a claim. i will also visit the post office and see what they recommended and what the exact procedures are.
let me know if i missed anything or interpreted the form incorrectly,
ben

I received the package today and the coin was not inside it. I have saved all of the packaging. Please initiate an insurance claim immediately. I am also starting a chargeback on my credit card unless you plan on sending me a refund within the next 24 hours.

alex,
coin went out this morning via usps priority, insured for 900 amount paid. you should receive her within 2-3 but, fyi the last priority package i sent, to in PA, took 11 days [sent jan. 11 received jan. 22].
attached is a photo of insurance and postage receipt.
if you are not happy with her,as it is a sight unseen sale, i will gladly take it back and issue a full and prompt refund as long as it remains in the original holder.
take care,
ben
