Nowhere near close. Look out for the cr@p slabbers!

I assume this is what referred to as TW (Third World)?

  • And with only 1 feedback comment?
  • It is a do-it-yourself job. The Coin World holders are available through Amos Advantage. They are marketed as a way to store your problem coins alongside your regular slabs.
  • hard to tell from pics, but I would be careful with this one - the slab is unknown to me - a MS 64 1928S Peace is going from $1200 to 1500 - IMO, always suspicious when high valued coins in supposidly MS condition and in undentified slabs are listed on ebay - they are usually problem coins or fake - watch it and if goes above silver melt, I would stay away - hope this helps.

At best it's about AU 50, if the photo is accurate, but more like EF 45. Too much wear...I don't see the "IN" clearly...hair is worn down. No interest above melt.

The strike was probably really nice when it popped off of the press though.

I believe you drop the "hi" in Third and insert a "u" in their place.

I would stay away from that one. I agree with the other posters. If it is real it is probably XF/AU and not MS.

Definitely not mint state, but it was probably mint state a long time ago. image

I agree with PercyB..... EF at best... Cheers, RickO
  • XF-AU, probably cleaned.
I have seen many of these "Silver Dollar Coin Grading" coins on ebay, and the are total garbage.
Do not ever buy anything that is self slabbed. You are just asking for trouble.
    Stick to PCGS, NGC, ANACS.
  • Silver dollar coin grading is a joke. But the ebayer selling them still has some good deals. You need to learn your grading. In my opinionimage
