    Actually, I think a goodly part of the "yuck" factor (besides the Third World plastic) is the picture.

    Except if it really were a PR67 we could expect NNC to grade it 69. Hate to generalize but it seems that I've never seen an NNC slab that wasn't overgraded.

    as pictured, the coin doesn't look too bad to me, typical for a Proof of that era as would be hairlines. it's probably been dipped and worked on in a photo program, though, but at the right price and with the seller's feedback/return policy i see no reason for an interested bidder to be worried.

    It appears to be a nice Walker... would not attempt a grade based on the picture... return policy looks good. If the price stays acceptable, go for it... in hand, make your decision. Cheers, RickO
