This is a perfect example of NGC being ridiculously inconsistent with the STAR designation. You'd think the graders would have agreed that this one deserved the STAR.....? Not that you NEED it on the holder, but it's just annoying I think that they have the designation and then fail to give it to a stunning coin like this. I know it's a subjective thing for the graders, but give me a break!
