2007 American Legacy Sets - Did they go POOF?

By the looks of it, it doesn't look like the US Mint is going to be shipping any of these sets... They went on sale a LONG time ago and they only have 4 more business days to ship them before 07. If they aren't shipped by Dec 31, they will not get shipped. Remember Monday is a federal holiday now thanks to good ol GW. Well, at least I get off...

I got an email that mine were shipped. It'll take forever since I live at an FPO address overseas. They only send registered mail to us overseas folks and it takes 2-3 weeks usually. This time of year, probably longer.

I believe the mint gave a notice on the site the last day they were going to be on sale so that they could make all shipments by 12/31/07. I think that was 12/14/07.

I count 7 days...I believe the Mint does ship on Saturdays...

I guess it's the luck of the draw. Every Proof Prez I've seen has been a dog. Until my Legacy Set. Very nice.

Also the set is very nice. I'd have to say the best one yet.

It's a much larger display. Before unfolding it's 12 X 12. The old ones are 9.5 x 10.5. The 2007 is noticably larger.

And with 27,700 sets it's the KEY of the series.
