I have also seen PCGS called variously Pacific Coin Grading Service, and perhaps more funny, the Professional Coin Grading System.

I suppose that if you stretch far enough, you could interpret that as the PCGS website priceguide. Although they did not manufacture the coin itself, maybe this seller subscribes to the "buy the slab not the coin" theory.
usually they just have a few generic MS63-64 Morgans
