I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
The name is LEE!
<< <i>With my 10 set box, it would cost me a fortune if they do. It just arrived and I am not going to open it at this point, just in case. >>
Pitboss, Why in the world would you NOT open it??

there might be a few oddities in these so open it up and check! you can always send it back and still order more....lol
thanks for the OP here Texast
<< <i>I don't see where this will amount to anything >>
Unless you collect one of everything the mint puts out! Like me
<< <i>I like the idea of being able to only buy the 1$ coins of the year as oppossed to all the other "chump change". >>
....Isn't this set only from one mint...???..The only real deal is if you missed out getting the ASE before..!!

The ASE is the "W"
Yes I realize that...that is only the real deal of the set...because you cannot purchase it any longer individually...
<< <i>Texast, Do these sets have there own wrapping, to protect them? Or once, you open the box, There open? >>
They are shrink wrapped in palstic much like many other sets in the past, you have to cut the plastic to take the coins out of the outer sleave.

<< <i>I'm in no hurry, I've opened things in the past(silver anniversary sets) and have been sorry afterward. >>
But these are not loose coins. They are sealed in shrink wrap and I'm guessing that to remove them from the packaging you'd have to destroy that packaging. Any special certifications, which I doubt will occur, could be validated through the shrink wrap/special packaging.
Pretty much the same as the Millenium Eagle. These only have to be "sealed" in the government packaging and not "sealed" in an original shipping box.
I'd pop em open just to see if there were any dogs that should be returned.

Not only is the package in shrink wrap, but each coin has its own capsule, that can be rotated within the shrink wrap...pretty nifty
<< <i>Are they satin finish or business strike coins? >>
Satin Finish

Any idea what this means? Are they having a problem with my card?
Cheers,

If you order says that it is in stock and reserved, and then says on hold, you better call the Mint to double check. You don't want them to cancel your order, and they will do it without telling you.
