My first CC Half Eagle

I have totally blown my budget this year. I recently purchased two CC Half Eagles from forum member. I saw them on his website and could not resist.
For a fairly common coin in AU it is not common to find them with so much luster and so few hits.
Here is the first of the two. I will show the second when I have time to edit the raw pics.
Please comment at will. (I noticed what might be a small rim ding on the image, I have not double checked the coin to see if it is there or how bad it is.

Nope as much as I love the $10 gold I am trying to focus on Half Eagles. The most important purchase for 2008 for me (If I can find them) will be the 1838 C and D Classic Head Half Eagles. These two alone will be about two years worth of budget.
I agree I am also hooked on AU gold.
<< <i>Very nice. I guessed AU58 before I saw the text under the picture.

Believe it or not it cost about the same as you are charging for the 1986 Eagle on the BST. I keep having to ask myself is it worth keeping the newer flashy stuff or sell at today's bullion price for the older flashy stuff.
