Anybody dealt with Tinkymoo on ebay?

First he says he he will send a check for his auction winnings.

Next day he says he can't send a check because his checking account is only for real estate.

He can't send a M.O. because he can't leave the house- handicapped.

Then he says, well, OK, he will get a M.O., but it will take time because he will have to inconvenience smoeone to take him to P.O. on the weekend.

Two weeks pass and he says he can't pay at all because his heating system needs repair!

Is this guy legit??

The only one they haven't used yet is "it's in the mail". Sounds like a deadbeat to me...file a NPB.

He also hasn't pulled the dead/dying relative card.

Wow! That's almost 9 auction wins a day for a month. He may have run out of money.

I know him and he's legit. He is handicaped (back problems). He has the most amazing collection of OBW rolls I've ever heard of - a huge HOARD. I've seen pics and have commnicated with him via email for years.....perhaps not the easiest person to deal with though.

He's bid on....not necessarily won. A dead beat would have lied to you. Sounds like he's being honest about it ... just ran out of $$

I dealt with Mario years ago and put him on my blocked list right after...not worth the hassle. He's a self proclaimed Franklin and "original roll" expert when in reality he's just a hoarder. Very demanding and will complain and whine unless things go 120% his way, and is not beyond trying to renegotiate after the fact. Also, he can be a slow payer and any problem he has, no matter what, takes precedence over paying you. My advice: file the NPB, get your fees back, and relist.

By the way, he's had 53 bid retractions in the past 12 months. WOW.
