Maybe an increase in submission volume by AT LEAST 25%???
This has been an issue for years. PCGS even asked all of it's members their opinion earlier this year. I responded there as it is an appropriate place for comments, while this thread is not.
In the past, PCGS dealers were against this, but a large margin. Most of these people do not participate in this forum, so your numbers are skewed in regards to how the submitters actually feel.

Hence something like I mentioned with a subsidiary like NCS for NGC. Just needs a compatible serial number and a net grade for the registry.
