1984 Lincoln Cent error??

Just found this 1984 Lincoln cent searching through rolls. In hand it sure looks like it has doubled ear lobes. What do you Lincoln collectors think. Thanks, br2055

Looks doubled to me. Perhaps consider sending it in to ANACS for attribution.
