Poll: Should the Mint Start a "Frequent Buyer" Program?

Especially with the amount it is sucking out of us, this would seem only fair. I'm also thinking that if you earn Silver, Gold, or Platinum status by the end of the year, you should get a coin of that composition AND one that is not available to any other people.

P.S. Please elaborate on your answer. I'm sure the Mint will be listening!

Yes and if you subscribe to over $1000 worth of products your shipping on all subscriptions should be free.

It would be nice if there were a way to have several staggered purchases bundled together for one shipping charges. Those shipping fees can be death by a million paper cuts if you subscribe to a lot of low-priced items.
  • I say yes, at $1000!! It would be a good idea. But, you know they never will.

They have one aimed at dealers who buy mint products to resell. I think you need to purchase over $50K per year.

They already have lots of people buying whatever they sell at their price. Unless business drops substantially, I see no reason for the Mint to offer an incentive.

There is a dealer program in place and if you meet the requirements they give you a big 5% discount. WOW! image

Their business is doing just fine as it is... and the dealer programs work as well. Unless business starts dropping off, I do not think you will see any gimmickry introduced. Cheers, RickO
  • They allready have one. It's called subcription.
(Old man) Look I had a lovely supper, and all I said to my wife was, “That piece of halibut was good enough for Jehovah”.

(Priest) BLASPHEMY he said it again, did you hear him?
