Yeah, but the problem is the shards---it's tough gettin' 'em out of my teeth.
a little bit of butter sautedd with chive and parsley- ummmmmmmmm gooood.
but when in texas- greae em up in some lard and roll em in bread crumbs- and then deep fry em
another ummmmmmm good tastin snake.
watch out for the itty bitty eyes though...
also got bit by a snake but it wasn't poisonous -- still swole up real good tho.
60 years into this hobby and I'm still working on my Lincoln set!
