PCGS# 147231 "Cheerios" Dollar FS-401
It looks like the current population for the MS67 is 5 and the MS68 is 2. I highly doubt that is what I have as I am thinking mine will range from 65/66. What are the populations for the other grades. Sorry, I am not a member anymore so I cannot view the population reports.
Basically, I have been away from my coin craze for a few years due to deployments and just life things. I just so happened to realize the other day that there was a different die used on the Cheerio Dollar.
From what I gather, it was the same die used for the 12 22k gold SAC coins put on the space shuttle and brought back. I read that somewhere, not sure if it is true.
Edit: Here is the story. http://www.coinnews.net/2007/07/18/22-karat-golden-sacagawea-space-dollars-landing-in-milwaukee/

total-8
66- 1
67- 5
68- 2
Hope that helps.

How did I get this Cheerios Coin? I bought it on eBay in a lot to get to the Cheerios SAC Dollar included in the lot. The guy who I bought them off of had bought 30 boxes of cereal. I sold off 24 of the Cheerios Cents which paid for the Cheerios SAC Dollar/Cent which results in me paying $0.00 and not even have to eat a box of the nasty Cheerios.
Here is the original link to the forum where I sold the Cents. http://forums.collectors.com/messageview.cfm?catid=7&threadid=303896
Here is an old image of the coin I have. Now to get a better image of it.
Double congrats if by deployment you are referring to military service- and thanks.

Wanna see something cool!
This is what I had PCGS have graded for my team and others who risked their lives to work with us. There were some awesome members here on this board who donated the coins.

Never view my other linked pages. They aren't coin related.
66 /67/68

There are 2 68 PL's.
There could be some PCGS coins out there in the old holders that didn't recognize the variety. I bought a MS68 a few years ago in a PCGS regular holder, for instance.

That's an awesome Challenge Coin! I received one during Desert Storm and I will always treasure that coin, always. That was a wonderful gift for your team. I know they will treasure it as I do mine.
2000 SACAGAWEA "CHEERIOS" PATTERN REV P $ MS 1 in ms66
2000 SACAGAWEA "CHEERIOS" PATTERN REV P $ MSOP 1 in msop(?) 68
When I sent in the ANACS MS68 I was expecting it to be MS68 since it is SUPER PQ. It came back as MS67. I decided a few months later that I would try it again. I sent the 67 back. Once again it was a 67 and as far as I know 1 of the 5 MS67's is actually counted twice making the pop in MS67 (4) and the total PCGS count only (7).
So is this correct for the current population?
NGC Population
MS66 + 02
MS67 + 11
MS68 + 05
MS68PL + 02
-----------
Total = 20
PCGS Population
MS66 + 01
MS67 + 05
MS67 - 01 (Counted twice due to resubmission)
MS68 + 02
-----------
Total = 07
ANACS Population
MS66 + 01
MS68PL - 01 (Reholdered to PCGSMS67)
-----------
Total = 01
Total Population of all services as of 15DEC07 = 28
