The 06 would maybe grade, but I don't think the others will. And I don't think a sticker is in your future, unfortunately. image

Scratch that. I missed the damage on the 06 reverse. I don't think any will holder, and therefore no stickers either. image

  • 1) I could see it in a slab, I have seen worse.
    2) Should easily slab.
    3) Is that Graffiti or adjustment marks on the reverse?

No would be my guess. The '06 is damaged on the reverse. Having said that, I'd still like to own them!

  • Adjustment marks....yeah, thats the ticket!!! (SNL skit). Im sure they are someone's engraving. Not too far off from the PCGS graded chopmarked trade dollars though. Afterall, arent both examples post mint damage???

I think the middle coin, the second 1807, has the best shot. The first one has obvious wiping lines and the third coin is oddly colored plus has some cuts on the eagle's neck.

  • 1807 #2 might have a chance.

  • So far, most of you feel that if any of the 3 would slab, it would be #2. Does this coin have enough pizzaz to get a VG8? Higher? Lower?

    #2 maybe. 1&3 probably not

#1 likely BB for harsh cleaning.
#2 may get in, not sure of rim damage or not
#3 scratches/graffiti on the reverse, so, no

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

I think #2 has a good chance of grading.
