To image my daughter's Victorian type set, and maybe my Holey Coin Vest.

And definitely to work up images of all my dug coins.

Speaking of digging, I am going tomorrow.

I would like to see a 2c or 3c piece come up out of the ground below my detector coil in 2008. Or a Bust dime, or a half cent, or Seated half. Something I haven't dug before, in otherwords. There are more simple milestones, too. For example, I have never dug a mintmarked Buffalo nickel, for some strange reason, or a silver Washington from the 1930s. Or any kind of coin from the 1840s, though I have all the other decades of that century.

I'd like to spend less on coins than I do on food this year. ...maybe I'll just have to eat higher cost food.

Heritage has you covered there. Unless you have a specific search, you will not be bidding on anything.

Don't buy anything from the U.S. Mint. Again.
    When in doubt, don't.

Continue to learn as much as I can about grading and to control my impulse buying, concentrate on one or two series (Ike's and ASE).
