Here's a new 1878-CC 2-Sided Toned Morgan Dollar that I was able to purchase using one of the PayPal Holiday Coupons. It makes a nice Holiday gift for me!
I linked to PayPal's Online Customer Service Center, to get a web PIN number, and subsequently phone PayPal's customer service at 402-935-2050.
The PayPal representative was kind enough to add the Holiday Coupon Numbers to my PayPal account because although they were originally e-mailed to me, they were sent to my PayPal e-mail address which happens to be different from my e-Bay e-mail address. (If those 2 e-mail addresses are not the same, it can cause their checkout system not to correctly process the discount coupon.)
Much to my pleasant surprise, I was able to save over $90 (20%) on purchasing the following coin using the CHOLIDAY0720P coupon!!

Did you try the 1-800 number first. I did a lot of calling too probably enough I would have lost money in the long run at the non toll free number. But then again I'm a cheapskate and dont have a good long distance plan.
You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.
