She's dark...but she's oh so nice!!

Hope you weren't thinking of anything else but a coin!!
It's a very dark Peace dollar but it has extremely clean surfaces.
Let's assume it's "ms65" grade, my question is "can a coin this dark get slabbed by PCGS as an ms65?".


and a lighter exposure of this same coin....

I've seen plenty of fingerprinted coins in PCGS and NGC slabs, so no.

I have a beautifully toned 1941 proof Lincoln graded PR64RB by PCGS with a fingerprint on the obverse.
