I failed "Roosevelt Coin Doctoring 101!"

I fuigured I would crack this puppy out, put it in a cardboard

mint set for a few years, and magically transform it into a gorgeously toned MS68.

Here is the less than spectacular result.

Oh well, win some, loose some!

    Interesting results. Looked like the toning subdued the coin to the point that it downgraded.

    The coin is now dull without luster, you expect graders from NGC to do what?

    Maybe they should create you a NGC, ANACS and every other TPG bashing forum.
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    Seems like a deliberate attempt to deceive someone that it was a 5000 mintage Mint Set coin.
