Why is the APE anniversary reverse proof called "Enhanced Reverse Proof"?

The Mint is calling the reverse proof from the APE 20th anniversary set "Enhanced reverse proof". The AGE and ASE anniversary sets weren't called "enhanced" by the Mint.
Something tells me this APE "enhanced" reverse proof is going to have a super bizzaro enhanced reverse finish to it, making it the latest numismatic flavor of the week.
What say you?

I though the US mint was about to pull fast one with some kind of Bizzaro reverse proof finish.....WHAMMY...instant mordern rarity!
I never considered the AGE or the ASE reverse proofs to be true reverse proofs. The mirrored devices do not have the same deepness as the mirrored fields of the regular proof coins. Same can be said for the frosted fields on the reverse proof coins. Regardless....I love the look of the reverse proof coins.
Well, just Love coins, period.
<< <i>I am still not clear on how the obverse of the RP will differ from the older bullion issues which were technically reverse proof as well. >>
I'm in the same boat you are... pre 2003 US platinum coins look reverse proof to me.
<< <i>Is this up on the US mint web sight ? I can't seem to find it. >>
