    AG03... although I've never seen this commem in that low of a grade, so I'm just going with my first gut reaction to seeing the photos.
    When in doubt, don't.

    I don't have photos to show but I have a FR02 & AG03. There is to much lettering (both obv & rev) on yours to go that low and the date is showing. On my 02 the both eye sockets are barely showing.
