She's got alot of meat. If the surfaces have enough luster and aren't too hairlined, I think she's got a shot. But I would not be surprised to see her slabbed EF.
It is worth the try, the increase in value, and sellablity, will be a lot more than the cost of the grading. PCGS coins are hot on eBay and elsewhere now. JMO and I sure would like to have one like that in a PCGS salb.
Edit to add my try at attributing it as O.113 or O.113A probaly the A for the amount of die cracks.
Put it in a Kraft envelope for a few months, let it retone a touch, then send it in. It is not AT as it occured naturally in a paper envelope. The deep russet gray toning will make it all the more attractive than it already is. Gotta love that LDS!

I was going to say : Let the butcher, the baker, the candlestick maker... and a few other choice fingers handle it... then put it an envelope

I mean it's a 200 year old coin for crying out loud!!!
There a lot more forgiving on the rare dates/types...
I have seen alot more questionable 1807's in pcgs plastic...
I'd say 50/50 from the scan, a photo would give a much better idea...
Either way, I like it...
