50.OO PCGS 2001 PROOF GOLD PROOF MINTAGE ???

Does anyone know the mintage of the 2001 gold proof 1 oz. ? Can not seem to find it. Bought one(PCGS-69) , for some reason?, for the same price as a "common" date proof, thinking this is a low mintage year.

7991... per the Redbook.... and 2700 four coin sets... total = 10,691. Cheers, RickO

Thanks. My 2006 red book does not show it. 2700 sounds a little low , maybe it is 27,000 sets
