Winner Announced: 1,000th Post Giveaway by Ren Just In Time for Christmas!

renman95renman95 Posts: 7,037 ✭✭✭✭✭
The winning forum member is (1) the closest without going over the correct time and date when I write my 1,000th post and (bonus) must state the coolest error I've found in circulation when I started out in the late 1960's.

Clue of error: (1) I've listed this before when asked by a thread this year and (2) it's in the base metal genre and (3) has an early President residing and (4) "I see more than one."

Bonus: Closest bonus gets a 39:00 minute adjustment in his or her favor over or under right to the minute I post. Confused, good, have fun, it's all subjective.

Winner: Receives a PCGS regected min-grade (MS69) 2007 W ASE 1$ Silver Dollar in its original body bag.

If there is a tie I will flip the ASE heads or tails.

P.S. I want to thank this forum and moderator(s) for letting me play in this sandbox. I have been in the presence of many great minds (here) and thank you all for letting me lurk, spew and rant. And for the not-so-great-minds, thank you for letting me have fun.

Ren

The winner is "mattniss" by guessing and not going over and answering the bonus question correctly giving him a 38 minute advantage over Omega. Thank you to all for playing. Check your PM.

    Tomorrow 9AM your time.

"I found and 1939 nickel with double MONTICELLO, fine, in change when I was a cashier at a liquor store in 1975. I sold it a few years later for 65 cents. That's a 13-bagger right there... I wish I still had that coin. It's the only error I've ever found in circulation."
I'll see your bunny with a pancake on his head and raise you a Siamese cat with a miniature pumpkin on his head.

You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.

Alright, Forumators, I will be off to Salt Lake City tomorrow to see Glen Beck's Christmas Show. I'll bring my iPhone with me and keep in touch.

    Happy guessing!

I should have made the bonus more difficult...oh well...something to think of for (Y)2K.
