We had Ice storms yesterday and rain today will try to get out at least one more time before the frost sets in.

Windy city my big toe. Aren't you guys getting the sub z's like we are (Twin Cities)? The ground has been frozen here since Thanksgiving. Must be the "lake effect". It's 2 degrees this morning. Thank God there's no wind.

All kidding aside, those look great! The seated dime is in terrific shape. I gotta get me one one of these days (next Spring I guess).
    Very nice finds Ron. Congrats!

  • Thanks all. Its 18 degrees and a little windy today. The ground has some frost so I'm going to the forest preserves the leaf cover usually keeps the frost out for a little longer.

Very nice finds! Where did you dig these puppies up?
  • Very nice coins you have there Ron. Hopefully the frost/snow/winds/bitter cold will hold off a little bit longer for you.
