Looks like a solid 64, IMO. I don't know about the FBL, it's not my thing.

The bottom lines are fairly weak and the hit across them dose not help...
I do not think it would FBL at either service...

Surfaces have 65 quality but no FBL. IMO.

64, looks like a dip and retone. Close to FBL.
Some refer to overgraded slabs as Coffins. I like to think of them as Happy Coins.

64 is dead on. Nice clean fields but the srtike hits above his ear limit it to a 64.

I'm guessing, REALLY guessing, that it got FBL and that's what prompted your post.
Markets (governments) can remain irrational longer than an investor can remain solvent.

Nope, it's graded MS64.

It's in the lower value range and looks like the kind of coin that could get a bump to 65 witth no FBL, or a bump to FBL with 64, but not both.
Some refer to overgraded slabs as Coffins. I like to think of them as Happy Coins.
