I acquired sixty six of these at a recent show. I don't have too much of an idea of what exactly they're worth, but I've seen them going for $35-$75 a piece on ebay and other auction venues. All are certified NGC MS66 RD. A couple have some light spots but I'll try to cull those out.

No, although some of them made it into Cheerios boxes.
From what I understand, they were struck from unfinished proof reverse dies.
