So how is the quality of life for old people in Temecula California? Canyon Crest Riverside? Palm Springs? How would you compare it to southern Fla for retirement? I can't find cable internet in Temecula cept for Times Warner. Dang we have 50 meg with basic Comcast in sw fla. Can anyone report on the cable internet in Temecula and these other places? ( The Horror )

Another one of the major questions I have is how would the drier heat of southern California effect my severe degenerative disc disease in the neck ( cervical)?
Very much considering southern California for relocation/eventual retirement. Retirement by the way is still working, just not working as much. I am very strongly considering changing the hours of US Rare Coin investments now to 9-9 Monday thru Wednsday and by appointment only the rest of the week. Stay tuned on that, I'm very much leaning in that direction. So the remark about retirement in southern California really means similar 9-9 for 3 days and then by appointment. I have this urge and I do not know where it's come from but urge to explore California. Take a drive up the pacific coast highway and whatever highway all the way to Canada. But there's 2 open questions and 1 is how will the change from hot wet to not so hot kinda dry affect that cervical spine bulge which has me in pain mgt for 3 years and the 2nd is will I be able to find a DO that'll be as great and kind as the one I have now. How can they be found long distance? Can they be found long distance? Please pm me or shoot me an email if you like.

There's a reason why coins like the 1834 capped quarter eagles don't appear much anymore. At one point my clients and I owned 9 examples in all grades simultaneously. There are issues such as these that I have owned more of then have been seen at auctions, some off the market for more than a generation. All these coins have been lovingly appreciated by mostly true collectors and not sent hither and yon in places never to be seen again.
