Why does the complete type set stop at 1964 instead of going to the present?

Currentlu PCGS distinguishes changes made witnin a series.
In other words, there's a Type I, II & II for the 3 Cent Silvers. A Type I & II for Buffalo nickels.
If you apply that to each SHQ, Prez dollars, & First Spouce and distinguish them as seperate types, then it would get quite large.
And who knows what the Mint has in store for us in the future.
