I just found a 20-cent piece! An 1875-S in VG10!

Guess where?
In my VAN!
It was tucked into an envelope inside a briefcase I haven't used for a couple months. I thought I had sold it. Had two practically identical ones, slabbed and sold one, and thought I had already sold this one.
Being absentminded can also have its benefits. Not often, but it does make for some nice "windfall" discoveries. (Or RE-discoveries, as the case may be.)
I'm now $125-130 richer than I thought I was.
PS-sorry if I gave you heart palpitations with that title. Heh.
Believe me, if I had dug it out of the dirt, I'd be in the cardiac wing of the hospital right now!

Can't say I recommend that, having inadvertently tried it a time or two, by forgetting to turn the 'tector off. It tends to confuse the poor machine.
I thought I had turned it off. I don't see why she got all red faced about it?

Besides, I had to show off my newly-purchased Otho denarius.

Just a couple.
