Not an expert here, but that sure does look original to me!
very nice reverse, hope the obverse is as good!

from the picture, I would say it does not look cleaned.

no sign of mechanical cleaning, but i wouldn't rule out chemical. Would have to see it in hand or under magnification.

Looks good from the photo, but you would really need to see it in hand to be more certain.
Me at the Springfield coin show:
