Express Mail will be delivered, Special Delivery also I think, everything else is held until Tuesday.

A few Post Offices are open 24 hours (one in NYC is anyway), I'm not sure whether anything mailed at one of those 24/7 places is processed right away or if they would wait until Tuesday anyway though.
