Great Obv Reflection, Toning on the reverse cuts down but can still reflective

    pretty weak above the ear and has some digs at focal points maybe MS63

    Hmmmm! I agree, the coin is a little weak over the ear, but I'm guessing (again from the picture) that this coin is what we used to call semi PL on the obverse side with a frosty device. I think it's uncirculated in the 63/64 neigborhood and a pretty nice piece at that, I'd like it sitting in my year set (I have a true AU55 in there now).

    Don't know for sure what you mean by reflective, but that is also a tip off that it has some Proof-like qualities or you would be talking about luster otherwise.

    Just my honest opinion.

    By reflection I meant mirrors, You can read over 12" even though the scan
    doesn't show it well.

    Looks about AU-55 from the image, but having said that, I could see how it could be a weak strike MS piece.

    When in doubt, don't.

    I don't see any wear, just a weak strike over the ear... I'd say MS64ish, perhaps PL, though not DMPL
