<< <i>The funny thing is in a year or ten we will all say I had 8 of them and sold @ a loss or sold for 100.00 over, some coins just take time some collectores have it some don't only time will tell. But a very nice coin I'am keeping all of mine. >>
Yeah. I am still waiting for my 1971-S proof Ike dollars to take off.
PCGS is pumping out to many 70's for the Jefferson .. it's around 28% .. as such the 70 graded coins should demand a small premium over issue price, but the 69's, if you are lucky, with grading fees ect, you may break even at some point in the future...

<< <i>the problem is that flippers expect to make the 100% return within weeks
that isnt normal
the Jeff Liberty is a fabulous long term hold and anyone who sells for a loss shouldnt have been in them in the first place
The Martha, Abigal and soon to be followed by Dolly are losers dues to little collector interest and poor designs >>
Oh come now, Losers? Why one of our newest members has probably flipped just the NGC Martha's alone for min. gain of $200,000.00 by a conservative guestimate of 2,000 coins at avg of 100 off each. That is perhaps the biggest flip of them all, and very impressive, although seems I'm the only one that noticed....
I'll hold for now still looking to make the short set of Liberty', Or No spouses what ever it ends up being. To bad I only get to see them every couple of weeks or so when I go to the bank to drop off. Or I can check them online.

Flipping is a tough game. It's not as easy as it looks.
If anything this will put a lot of flippers out of business.
Less competition for us seasoned vets.
