I know someone on the boards collects factory mis-cuts but I can't remember who it is. Here's a scan:

    These kind of cards are odd for sure. I bet the majority of these kind of cards along with wrong/blank backs were thrown out back in the day. I have been collecting these types of printing errors for years. Funny thing is- if these types of printing errors were stamps/coins/currency they would command a premium. Also anything after 1981 or so with the the error/variation craze- I bet the companies let a lot of "created" errors slip out. Do a Ebay search on blank back/ wrong back and you will see what I mean. The Best 2 "errors" I own is a 1966 OPC Pete Rose with a Walt Alston Back and a 1972 Nolan Ryan very miscut. Sorry no scans my scanner is shot. Mike

    Not too rare really. If you try buying any low grade, moderate sized lot of cards from the 70s you'll likely find a few
