the other day my friends dad was shot and killed by ploice officers... it really hurts me to know that this happend to her....

    i think though he should have been shot at only if he pointed at or shot at an officer... which he had not done either...

    That is a justified shooting... put yourself in the place of the police... Three criteria are necessary .. ability, opportunity and jeopardy. All three were present... Cheers, RickO

    While I am not going to get into a pissing contest over this... as we were not there... ricko is correct... ability, opportunity, and jeopardy.

    Id rather by tried by 12 then buried by 6.
