I don't agree with the last thought at all. If asking a seller a question is a prerequisite to determining whether a seller is being ethical or not, then we've really lowered the bar in this hobby.
People need to be held accountable or this kind of behavior will not change.

Enjoyed this thread, made me recall a situation about a year with them on a 1962 Koufax psa7 bin that they "could not find", refunded my money, figured it was to good to be true, saw it later for much more, let it be that time. Tim
<< <i>Use the 'Ask a seller a question' link. It's simple, if they don't respond, then don't bid.
If you don't like their ethics or feel you're being deceived, then don't buy from them and don't buy from their other ebay selling id's. Stand behind your convictions and don't spend any money with them, at all. You'll be happier and I can buy graded cards from them for less money. Thank you!
Just wondering what your thoughts are with regard to the 72 Foli IA card... personally, I found it very troubling, but that's just me... >>
I didn't read this entire thread, so I don't know what's up with the Foli IA card.
I'm just tired of people posting they were ripped off. If the seller doesn't answer a legit question about the item they're selling, the potential buyer shouldn't bid with the expectation the deal to go smoothly. That's all. They're setting themselves up for disappointment.
Yeah, I feel the seller(s) should stand behind their products (within reason), but if they don't, then make note of that and just don't bid with them ever again. If enough buyers do this, their business will take a hit and that seller will have to refigure out their business model/ethics/standards etc....
