don't you just love it when. . .

you put an item on Ebay with a $4.99 start price hoping for it to maybe hit $10 and with in an hour of it being listed you have two different buyers ask if you'd be willing to put a $100 buy it know on it. Its good to finally have something go for more than i thought it would.
Slowly but surely working on:

    Hopefully you did not end it to sell it. 9 times out of 10 you have people email you with those type questions it will go for much higher than their offer.

    it's an autographed 8x10 of a retired wrestler. no i didn't end it. thought about it but decided against it. it's got 4 days left and is only at 15 bucks or so right now but has quite a few watchers. we'll see where it ends up.

    Yes agree dont end it.

    I had an item up for auction that I felt would go for about $100. I was offered $250 for it and was close to ending the auction. I posted a similuar question on this board and everyone said let the auction finish. I let it finish and was stunned when the final price was $650. Real happy about that choice.

    Do you ever see a lowball bid on ebay (even if it isn't the winning bid)?

    What??? Aren't PSA/CU message boards the premier place to list and item for sale?

    All the time, that is why I always put a reserve on any item I list.

    I do like to trade and do business with you guys. But some of the offers? Come on!

    And let me clarify my statement, pretty much all of the regulars here are straight shooters IMO, but many times I have listed cards for sale here and get PM's or even emails from posters who I have never seen or heard of, I think alot of outsiders surf through the BST forum checking out the action.
