The really frustrating aspect is I've seen September football specials pop, where the cards were about the same years that I've submitted.

My sub finally popped. It was logged in 7/16. 60 cards. I'll wait to see the grades until they arrive at my house. I haven't done that in a while. If I have time, I'll post scans like Ron Burgandy did. On this sub, mine won't be as steller as his '67s were. I'll be happy with mostly 8s and maybe a few 9s. BTW, this sub ranged from 1960 to 1975 baseball. Submitted a 1969 #85 Brock hoping for a 9(OC). Hopefully they didn't give it a straight grade since it's vending sharp but 90-10 OC side-to-side as usual.

  • sick of punchin in my sub lol waiting since june 11 as well
  • Now it's Oct. 5 - it's over 100 days since PSA charged my CC for the grading fees. At what point does it change from poor customer service to theft by deception? - Any attorneys want to weight in with their opinion.

Simple solution--call your credit card company and request a charge back for Services not rendered. I'm sure PSA would be glad to mail you your cards back promptly.
  • ArnyVeeArnyVee Posts: 4,245 ✭✭
Wouldn't you have to submit a request within 60 days from your credit card company?

Since services have not been rendered as of this person's last posting, he can still do it if he chooses to. Now, in saying that, if there is a 60 day limit to charge back ( check with your local CC company) Then i would suggest sending payment by check as this would be a form of a contract and you can timeline it with PSA's own log-in of your submission order as proof.
  • Still No Poppage. Just venting in the previous post. I've waited this long, what's a few more years of waiting?

Only 90 days to get the hose job.

Not sharing the results. It's not a pretty sight.

So are you happy or not with psa?

I been watching this topic hoping you would get your submission. I am glad they finally popped 4 ya.
  • I'm okay with PSA - but 4 months for grading borders on riduculous. Unfortunately most of the sets I collect have very few cards available, in graded form. I'll have to ponder if the frustration level is worth it (For potential future submissions).

Still waiting too. My June Special submission was also logged on July 11th and my cc was charged on the 16th.
  • Part of my submittal was 15 cards from the 1939 Gumakers of America (R156) True Spy Stories Set. When I sent the cards to PSA I had 21 of the 24 cards in the set. Then in July I bought the last 3 that I needed. What frustrated me was that I had finished the set but I had never had all 24 cards in my possesion, all at the same time (If that makes any sense).
PSA charged my CC a few days after the submittal was logged into their system.
Hopefully the cards will arrive in today's mail, but with my luck I'll have to wait until next week.

hmmmmm, not sure when my card was charged then, I didn't see it on the past 2 amex bills so i assume it will be on my next bill.

the presdients set was bought off ebay a few years back and was graded 'fine' by the seller.

I think I paid 200.00 or just a tad below thta. Another set defined as ex or better was also purchased and it would grade out lower then the set I had graded. I paid a lil more for the inferiour set too.

    Thanks Arny
