Would you buy it?

Being a relative new collector I have often wondered why the US Mint make an annual US Mint Silver Proof Set and do not make an annual US Mint Silver Uncirculated Set. I know the Mint produces many redundant coins in one of many annual coin sets, but wouldn't it be great to see a silver MS dime, quarter, and half produced in an annual Mint Silver Uncirculated Set. Would you buy it?

Hoard the keys.
for circulation. We don't mint business strike silver coins anymore. Proof coins escape this problem as they
are minted for collectors and not for circulation. No, I would not buy them but then again I don't buy any
mint products (new from the mint anyway!).

Instead of calling them mint sets, they could be called matte proof sets or something else.
