I like it! You might want to soak it in acetone to see if those red spots come off. A 59-D in MS64FBL is a a good score for $7.

Looks like red pen ink and if so, acetone would be fine. The toning says "original" but it's not my taste particularly. But for $7.00, indeed - why not?

Stephanie... If you dont have acetone handy, you could give it a try with rubbing alcohol...might work.

be careful with acetone- it's highly flamable. Best to do it in a well ventilated area and don't smoke or get near anything that can ignite it. I have witnessed a few gas fires and it only takes a split second to have a real problem.

Thanks, I do have acetone. Should I try with Q-tip or should I soak it for a while?

As I don't collect the series in MS, I didn't realize that a 1959 was available
as a "Bugs Bunny" variety.

Interesting coin...but it could be conserved at NCS to make it a bit more attractive.
