STILL seaking answers/explanation... Gold TJ Liberty's... (PICS)

My first Mint order EVER!! ... But the uncirculated one seemed to catch the light in an odd way along Liberty's profile - from the hairline of the forehead all the way down under the chin.
I looked closer, and instead of the shelf-doubling from the die moving, the doubled area seems to be raised?? (here are 60x digitals from my crappy QX-3)

So, I looked at my proof again... and noticed raised metal along the rim - like a wire edge, but only random spots. I take it, these issues would kill any chance of a 70 designation??

Those rims are a bit rough, aren't they? It seems like every time I turn around, someone else is coming up with reasons every one should check their Liberty coins.

But, I don't understand how the "doubled" area on Liberty's profile would be higher? If it's shelf doubling due to the die moving, wouldn't it leave a "lower" area?? Since the entire surface is uniform texture, it really caught the light when I tilted the coin.
Anyone find another Liberty with this "raised" edge on her profile??
Just curious.... anyone else come across this weird 'doubling' on the spouse coins?? Any ideas??

The bottom two pics are not a rim ding though... it is extra raised metal.... I'm thinking that the raised doubling on the profile (along with the extra metal on the rim) means that the two coins weren't completely seated for the second strike?? Does that sound right....? Or maybe a loose striking die??
