Any paper money experts here?

A friend of mine has two of these 100 dollar bills and wanted to know if it had any value for the error and how much.
My pictures may not be the best but if you look you can see that everything that stamped on the front shows though to the back. The photo's are of the back of the note and you can see all of the front also.
If you need any other info please ask me, I do not know anything about paper money. I have been a forum member for a long time but i always read on the coin forums. This is my first time here.
Thanks for any info you can give. My friend wants to know about value but I would like to know what caused this...

It's an 'offset' error. Not much of premium because of the condition of the note. Depending upon the issue and grade and the heavyness of the ink transfer, notes could run between $ 120 and $500.
Stacking the notes wet causes this.
Ooops ... looks like your got your answer...
