Right now, it isn't located anywhere in the coin section. In some other areas of eBay, jeans for example, it's at the upper left. The search is based on the item specifics section of the listing. Using it would essentially cause the crap slabs to vanish from the search result. This is the eventual goal of the new policies.

(Note: I created the one above, so I don't know if that's what it will actually look like).
