Or does it have to be in a 2x2 plastic flip?

I've not been penalized for leaving mint products intact, which includes a coin inside of a capsule and inside it's original box. Contrary to popular belief, it's not because of a FirstStrike™ designation... It's because some coins look so good, that I didn't want to remove them from the capsule and I wanted them protected for the next steward.

I asked the question a while back on the Q&A and they said to put the capsules inside the 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 flips. Best protection of the mint products in what the mint puts them in.

This is the only way, in my humble opinion, to submit the modern stuff to PCGS...Been doing it for years.

They will even take the complete proof and or mint set as long as you want and pay for the whole set to be graded.
