Actually, if you look at the embossing above the label, it's not PCI but pre-PCI Hallmark, founded by David Bowers, hence part of the joke.

Bowers & Merena( the original company) decided for whatever reason that Hallmark was not a viable enterprise and consequently sold it and all equipment to PCI.
Early on PCI did a fairly credible job of grading.
Based on auction results of late the perception seems to be that that is no longer the case. Dave W
