Weird roll find Sacagawea's?

I just got a mint wrapped roll of 2000 D Sacs from the bank. Kinda weird don't you think, especially since I am in Pennsylvania.
Someone must have turned in an unopened mint roll.
LOL

that is weird!
Now, for a "D" to be in Penn, it does mean that someone got them and just turned them in whole.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
Some have some really nice tonign foing on. One roll I picked up had a fantastic end toner with a big old fingerprint on her face. Otherwise it was an amazing looking coin.

So they paid $35 and turned them in for $25..... Gotta love it.

<< <i>Funny...I used to work at a credit union and also got a mint wrapped roll of 2000P Sacs and I live in TEXAS!!! I think I got the other half of your set!!! >>
That's not nearly as unusual as finding the D mint roll in Pennsylvania. When the Sacs were first released in 2000, the entire country got Philly minted coins. It wasn't until a little later that the Denver Sacs began to be released.
Kind regards,
Joe
Justin, you oughta post a picture of it.
I knew it would happen.
mixed in with the P mints. And they are brighter and cleaner than the P mints. I can only conclude that D mint dollars have been released by the local Fed. I did recently pick up a mint roll of 2000 P there.
A similiar thing happened with the SBA dollars. There was a large number of D and S mints around this area.
In other series D mints are rather scarce.
