It's the only area doubled on the entire coin, and the coppercoins website shows the doubled MM in various directions - but none look exactly like this one.

it also looks like some of the same doubling on the top of the 34 as well.

These are sometimes best evaluated by experts.. and there are several here... from my accumulated knowledge of their evaluations and definitions, I would say 'shelf doubling'... but would defer to the experts. Cheers, RickO

The left side of the "4" also has slide doubling.

Clear images of the rest of the obverse would help, especially the date. It's not a listed rpm, and if the spread, which looks like die fatigue/wear spreading, is similar on the date and in the same direction, that would be my guess. But it's not definitive yet.
